About Us

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are excited to offer spring & summer volleyball clinics for the young beginning athlete to the advanced college-bound player. These clinics & their structures are designed to give players of all levels & abilities the chance to learn new skills, as well as improve upon existing ones in a positive & passionate coaching environment. Each player will interact with professional coaches & college players, receiving helpful and constructive feedback as they work on developing as a complete volleyball player. We focus on improving individual skill technique, introducing and/or enhancing position-specific knowledge and skills as well as providing an overview of team offensive and defensive concepts.

COACHING STAFF

Our incredibly knowledgeable and passionate coaching staff has represented all levels of collegiate, club, and high school volleyball. In past years, this list has included coaches from NCAA Divisions I, II, and III from such conferences as the NESCAC, NEWMAC, Little East, CAA, CC, CCC, Empire 8, ODAC, MAC, MIAA, CCIW, MAAC, SUNYAC, UAA, A-10, NE-10, America East, Patriot League, Ivy League & NIAA WHAC! Please check out the list of our great staff members and their institutions as well as their complete bios below! We have been honored to work with them all during these past JVBC spring and summer clinics and look forward to many of them returning! Although the clinic directors will coach at every session, the rest of the staff varies by clinic throughout July and August based on their summer schedules. If there is a particular coach with whom you are interested in working, please e-mail us so that we can let you know the exact dates a specific coach has committed to.

ABOUT OUR CAMPERS

Over the past several years, our clinics have attracted players from nine different countries worldwide and 40 different states across the U.S. (representing over 279+ different high schools) including AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, and WI! For years, we have been working with athletes in middle school and high school (grades 6 -12) who are just as passionate about becoming better volleyball players as we are about coaching & training them!

Every spring and summer we look forward to finding out what the ultimate composition of our staff and camper group will look like as we enjoy meeting and working with people from all over the country and world. We will be able to update our player stats to reflect 2024 shortly, but in the meantime, our 2023 staff profile is still posted along with our final 2023 clinic profile stats are listed below. We hope all of you will join us again!

• In 2023, 45 Coaches & College Players associated with 25 different Institutions NAIA & NCAA Divisions I, II and III from NESCAC, NEWMAC, Little East, Empire 8, CC, CCC, ODAC, MAC, MIAA, CCIW, MAAC, SUNYAC, UAA, America East, NE-10, A-10 & WHAC worked with us!

• In 2023, Players from 22 different states: AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA & WA!

• In 2023, over 131 different High Schools & Middle Schools were represented!
